Role Overview
You will be responsible for overseeing governance, risk, vendor management, and procurement activities across the Network Services domain. The role serves as a key liaison between Technology, Cyber Security, Procurement, Risk, and external vendors to ensure network services are secure, compliant, cost-effective, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Governance & Risk
Manage governance frameworks, controls, and risk assessments for network infrastructure and services.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and security standards.
Support audits, control reviews, issue remediation, and risk reporting.
Vendor Management
Manage network service providers and strategic technology vendors.
Monitor vendor performance through SLAs, KPIs, and governance reviews.
Conduct vendor risk assessments and drive service improvement initiatives.
Procurement & Commercial Management
Support sourcing activities, contract negotiations, renewals, and RFP processes.
Partner with Procurement and Legal teams on contract governance.
Identify cost optimization opportunities and support budget planning.
Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary contact between Network Services and key stakeholders across Technology, Security, Risk, Procurement, and Business teams.
Prepare and present governance, risk, and vendor performance updates to senior management.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration on strategic infrastructure initiatives.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in Network Governance, Technology Risk, Vendor Management, IT Audit, Procurement, or Infrastructure Operations.
Experience within Banking, Financial Services, or other regulated environments.
Strong understanding of third-party risk management, technology governance, and procurement processes.
Knowledge of network infrastructure, cloud environments, and cybersecurity principles.
Familiarity with MAS TRM Guidelines, ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, and operational risk frameworks.
Preferred Certifications
CISSP, CISA, CRISC, ITIL, COBIT, PMP, or equivalent certifications.
