  • Develop written content for social media platforms, websites, landing pages, brochures, advertisements, posters, email campaigns, presentations, and other marketing materials.
  • Develop copy for student recruitment campaigns, programme launches, events, corporate initiatives, and institutional announcements.
  • Adapt writing tone, messaging, and style according to different target audiences, platforms, and campaign objectives.
  • Proofread and edit content to ensure accuracy, clarity, grammar, spelling, consistency, and appropriate brand tone.
  • Revise and refine copy based on feedback from the Manager, Brand & Creative and relevant stakeholders.

B. Social Media Copywriting

  • Develop engaging and platform-appropriate copy for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant digital channels.
  • Create social media captions, hooks, headlines, hashtags, call-to-action statements, and supporting copy.

  • Support the preparation of monthly and campaign-based social media content calendars.
  • Adapt copy according to the format, tone, audience, and engagement requirements of each platform.
  • Monitor social media trends, emerging content formats, trending topics, and competitor activities to identify relevant content opportunities.

C. Scriptwriting & Storytelling

  • Write scripts for promotional videos, social media videos, interviews, testimonials, advertisements, and corporate content.
  • Develop creative hooks, storytelling concepts, talking points, and messaging structures for short-form and long-form content.
  • Translate programme, academic, and marketing information into simple, engaging, and audience-friendly content.
  • Develop storyboards, content flows, and creative concepts together with the Brand & Creative team where required.
  • Ensure scripts and storytelling approaches are aligned with campaign objectives and TYMBA’s brand positioning.

D. Content Research & Ideation

  • Conduct research on education trends, student interests, industry developments, social media trends, and competitor content.
  • Research relevant topics, keywords, references, statistics, and supporting information for content development.
  • Generate creative content and campaign ideas that support student recruitment, brand awareness, audience engagement, and institutional positioning.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for campaigns, programmes, events, and social media initiatives.
  • Identify content opportunities based on seasonal campaigns, current events, education-related topics, and audience behaviour.
  • Maintain and contribute to a content idea bank for future marketing and communication activities.

E. Campaign & Marketing Support

  • Develop copy and messaging for marketing and branding campaigns.
  • Prepare content for programme launches, student recruitment campaigns, open days, events, workshops, seminars, and corporate initiatives.
  • Work with internal departments to gather programme details, event information, testimonials, key messages, and supporting information required for content development.
  • Ensure copy and content deliverables are completed according to campaign timelines and approved schedules.

  • Work closely with designers, photographers, videographers, video editors, and other content creators to ensure written content supports the overall creative direction.
  • Adapt existing copy and marketing materials into different formats for various digital platforms.

G. Brand Compliance & Content Quality

  • Ensure all written content follows TYMBA’s brand guidelines, communication standards, and corporate identity.
  • Maintain consistency in tone of voice, terminology, messaging, and overall content presentation.
