We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive business growth, identify new opportunities, and develop strong partnerships. This role is ideal for someone with analytical skills, and the ability to build relationships and turn opportunities into actionable business strategies.

The role

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth initiatives.
• Research and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to support business planning.
• Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
• Prepare and present business proposals, presentations, reports, and other strategic materials.
• Work closely with the sales team to provide strategic direction, monitor performance, and improve processes to maximise productivity and results.
• Track the progress and effectiveness of business development initiatives and recommend areas for improvement.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, meetings, and networking opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure business initiatives are effectively planned and executed.

About you

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• Relevant experience in business development, sales or a related role.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
• Able to work independently.
• Team player – able to build rapport and develop positive team culture.
