IT Troubleshooting Specialist – Technical SME

Key Responsibilities

• Handle complex, high-level, and escalated technical support cases.
• Resolve hardware, software, and 3D printing-related technical issues.
• Serve as a technical point of reference for frontline support teams.
• Provide expert troubleshooting guidance and recommend effective solutions.
• Analyze recurring technical issues and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage critical escalations and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of technical cases, resolutions, and escalations.
• Support knowledge sharing, troubleshooting procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in technical support, IT support, or a related technical role.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across hardware and software.
• Knowledge or experience in 3D printing technology is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused technical support environment.
• Willing to work on 24/7 rotational shifts.
• Willing to work onsite in Taman Molek, Melaka.
