Position Overview
We are inviting motivated individuals to join us as Management Trainee (Fencing & Character Development) — a structured program designed to build future leaders in both sports education and business management.
This is not just a coaching job. You’ll be part of a leadership development pathway that combines hands-on coaching, program operations, and team management. Through mentoring and structured training, you’ll learn to manage classes, events, and club operations — preparing you for future leadership roles within the organization.
No fencing experience is required — we’ll provide full training. What matters most is your passion, humility, and drive to learn.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver life skills and character development lessons through fencing to children and youth.
Lead by example as a positive role model and mentor to students.
Monitor and report on students’ progress and development.
Establish rapport and communicate regularly with parents.
Build positive relationships with teammates through regular communication.
Contribute ideas to improve programs and overall club operations.
Assist with day-to-day club operations, including retail and membership matters.

Requirements
Passion for working with children and youth.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive, energetic, and self-motivated personality.
Knowledge in sports science or management, fitness or early childhood or a strong interest and plan to pursue these areas as your next career move if you’re from a different field.
Hardworking, humble, and willing to learn.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Open to Singapore Citizens and PRs of all educational backgrounds. WSQ graduates and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
