Responsibilities

• Key Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, proactively aligning talent strategies with business forecasting and driving customer satisfaction.

• People Leadership: Direct, coach, and support your recruitment team, fostering an environment of high performance and continuous learning.

• Operations & Delivery: Oversee account KPIs/SLAs, analyze recruitment demand vs. delivery costs, and manage account P&L performance.

• Market Intelligence: Leverage external networks and market trends to deliver strategic talent insights to the client.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven track record as a Recruitment Team Leader, TA Manager, or RPO Account Manager.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience managing team performance, engagement, and operational workflows.
• Deep client-facing skills with the resilience to navigate fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environments.
• A passion for tech, semiconductor, or specialized IT talent landscapes.
