What You’ll Do:
Support daily e-commerce operations including order processing, delivery scheduling, inventory updates, processing of return & refund request.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via platform chats and email, ensuring a high standard of customer service and timely resolution of customer issues.
Coordinate with the Logistics Department and courier partners to ensure orders are processed and picked up for delivery daily.
Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date product listing information, including pricing, inventory, product descriptions, banners, and other relevant content across e-commerce platforms.
Assist with the submission and setup of promotional campaigns on e-commerce platforms.
Liaise and communicate with respective e-commerce platform Account Managers on operational and campaign-related matters.
Prepare and generate regular reports and provide relevant operational updates.
Support other ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management.
What We’re Looking For:
Diploma in any discipline.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Working knowledge of the backend systems of Shopee, Lazada, FairPrice Online, and Shopify is an added advantage.
Possess good customer service skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Strong communication skills, self-motivated, and possess a positive attitude.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
Candidates with a short notice period or who are available to start immediately will have an advantage.
