Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Commis Chef role based at Capri by Fraser in Georgetown. The Commis Chef supports the kitchen team by preparing ingredients, cooking menu items under supervision, and ensuring dishes are presented consistently and on time. Daily tasks include maintaining high standards of food quality, following established recipes, assisting with mise en place, and coordinating with senior chefs during service. The role also requires adherence to hygiene and safety regulations, proper storage and rotation of ingredients, and regular cleaning of workstations and equipment. • Candidates should possess strong Food Preparation and Cooking abilities with solid foundational Culinary Skills.
• Candidates should possess excellent Hygiene practices and knowledge of food safety standards.

• Culinary education or professional kitchen experience is preferred.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
