• Monitor and ensure contractors comply with safety regulations, work quality standards, and cleanliness requirements during all activities.
• Perform regular inspections and report findings to the superior.
• Conduct daily and weekly housekeeping inspections and monitor cleaning performance according to housekeeping procedures.
• Carry out minor repairs as assigned.
• Perform glass inspections at designated warehouses in accordance with work instructions.
• Assign and supervise hot work permits for contractors and vendors.
• Register, track, and manage Job Request Forms (JRF), and perform internal repair works within the established KPI.
• Perform vendor sourcing and obtain repair quotations to maintain facility premises.
• Manage and coordinate equipment calibration activities, including data loggers and weighing machines.
• Monitor and submit daily temperature and humidity (Temp & RH) readings for Infineon storage areas.
• Manage and coordinate facility-related matters for Y8.
• Execute and monitor small improvement projects such as floor repairs, hydrant pipe painting, and racking modifications.
• Carry out other job-related duties as assigned by the superior.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Strictly comply with all EHS policies, procedures, customer requirements, and safety rules implemented by the company.
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or SPM with at least 1 year of relevant working experience.
• Computer literate, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of general maintenance, facilities operations, and contractor management.
• Experience in facilities management and electrical troubleshooting is an added advantage.
• Ability to perform inspections, identify defects, and recommend corrective actions.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Able to troubleshoot electrical issues using appropriate testing and measuring equipment.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
• Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet established KPIs.
