We are seeking a detail-oriented professional with experience in Vendor Management, Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM), Risk & Compliance, Procurement, or Business Audit within the financial services, banking, payments, or fintech industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support third-party/vendor risk assessments and due diligence activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and internal governance requirements relating to IT vendors and contracts.
• Review vendor engagements, risk controls, and contractual obligations to mitigate operational and compliance risks.
• Partner with business, technology, procurement, risk, compliance, and legal stakeholders to drive TPRM objectives.
• Monitor vendor risk exposures and ensure adherence to established risk management frameworks and best practices.
• Support audits, remediation activities, and ongoing vendor governance initiatives.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in Vendor Management, Procurement, Risk & Compliance, Business Audit, or related functions within the financial services industry.
• Good understanding of regulatory and legal requirements related to IT vendor management, outsourcing, and contracts.
• Strong risk management mindset with the ability to operate effectively in a critical payment infrastructure environment.
• Ability to work independently and engage confidently with both business and IT stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective project and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
