We are looking for highly technical and industry-driven trainers with strong expertise in Agentic AI systems, AI workflow automation, chatbot development, AI-assisted coding, and enterprise productivity ecosystems.

This role is not focused on basic AI prompting or general AI content generation. We are seeking trainers who are able to design, build, integrate, and deploy AI-powered systems, agents, workflows, and automation solutions for real-world business and operational use cases.

The ideal candidate should possess strong technical problem-solving abilities, hands-on implementation experience, and the ability to guide adult learners through practical AI automation workflows and systems thinking.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom-based and hands-on training sessions in Agentic AI systems, workflow automation, chatbot development, and AI-integrated business solutions
• Facilitate technical workshops involving AI agents, multi-step workflows, automation systems, API integrations, and AI-assisted productivity environments
• Guide learners in building AI-powered workflows, chatbot systems, automation pipelines, and operational solutions
• Demonstrate practical implementation of AI systems for productivity, operations, customer engagement, reporting, communication, and business process automation
• Conduct live demonstrations, troubleshooting sessions, guided technical exercises, and project-based workshops
• Support learners during practical implementation, testing, debugging, and deployment activities
• Translate technical concepts into practical and industry-relevant learning experiences
• Manage classroom dynamics professionally and maintain an engaging and conducive learning environment
• Work collaboratively with training, operations, and academic teams to support programme delivery
• Stay updated with evolving AI ecosystems, automation frameworks, enterprise tools, and emerging technologies

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience in AI automation, workflow engineering, chatbot systems, software solutions, digital transformation, or related technical environments
• Strong hands-on experience in building AI agents, automation systems, chatbots, integrations, or AI-powered workflows
• Familiar with platforms such as Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI ecosystem, Zapier, *************, n8n, ManyChat, OpenAI APIs, or equivalent workflow and automation platforms
• Possess coding or scripting knowledge relevant to AI workflows, chatbot systems, API integrations, automation logic, or AI-assisted development environments
• Able to demonstrate practical implementation experience beyond prompt engineering or general AI content generation
• Applicants must possess an active portfolio showcasing deployed systems, workflow automations, chatbot implementations, AI agents, integrations, technical case studies, dashboards, or enterprise solutions
• Portfolio should clearly demonstrate technical competency, workflow logic, automation capability, systems thinking, and real-world implementation
• Applicants may be required to walk through and explain past technical projects or deployed systems during the interview or selection process
• Strong facilitation, presentation, troubleshooting, and learner engagement skills
• Comfortable conducting live technical demonstrations and practical workshops
• Able to manage learners professionally and maintain a conducive learning environment
• A positive team player who is able to work collaboratively with trainers, operations, and internal teams
• Prior training, facilitation, mentoring, or technical coaching experience is preferred
• ACLP/ACTA certification is advantageous but not mandatory
• Passionate about emerging technologies, automation systems, AI ecosystems, and digital innovation

Selection Process
