岗位职责
Responsibilities
- Investigate and negotiate settlement of claims
- Respond to correspondence and provide efficient service to clients
- Instruct on reserve provision, registration requirements and verify data entries for files setup
- Review claim files including monitoring of recoveries, setting of reserves, clients and intermediaries management, assignment and management of solicitors, surveyors, adjusters, third-party administrators and other vendors as necessary
- Provide a technical reference point for queries
- Approve claims payment
- Train and assist junior staff
- Assist senior staff on large/complex claims handling
- Undertake any other duties as may be assigned
- Tertiary education
- Minimum CGI qualification in general insurance. (Candidates without qualification will be given reasonable time to obtain the qualification)
- Candidates with no experience will be considered
- With experience in Property & Casualty/ Motor business would be advantageous
- Claims technical knowledge
- Some knowledge of underwriting and reinsurance
- Analytical and conceptual skills
- Communication and negotiation skills
