What you'll be doing

• Supervise and manage a team of Production, Quality or Warehouse personnel
• Coordinate and direct production activities to meet targets and deadlines
• Oversee the efficient and organized operation of the warehouse, including inventory management and logistics
• Identify and resolve issues or bottlenecks in the manufacturing process
• Work closely with Production and NPI (New Product Introduction) teams to investigate on-site abnormalities, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Drive the implementation and continuous improvement of SIP (Standard Inspection Procedures) and quality inspection standards across production lines.
• Provide leadership, training, and support to your team
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize overall operations
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to Production and Warehouse

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a production or warehouse supervisory role
• Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, techniques and production planning
• Proficient in interpreting and applying production data and quality metrics
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making and analytical skills
• Effective communication and leadership abilities to motivate and guide the production team
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations
• SPM/ STPM/O level/Foundation/Diploma or degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Manufacturing or Production Management
• Good communication and negotiation skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia
• Able to work independently in fast-paced, matrix, or regional/global settings
• Working Location: Perai, Penang Mainland.
• Able to support shifts (Morning & Night shifts).

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,200.00 per month
