We are expanding and looking for enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join our fast-growing BPO company. If you are passionate about customer service and want to build your career in a supportive environment, we would love to hear from you.

• Basic salary up to RM2,500 + monthly incentives up to RM2,000

• Potential Income within 3 Month RM4,000 - RM5,000

• Office hours only: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM | Saturday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM

• No night shift

• Experience: 0-2 years experience, fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Education: Minimum SPM / Diploma

• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English

• Mandarin/Cantonese is an added advantage

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong team spirit

• Answer customer enquiries via inbound and outbound calls, email, and follow-up communication

• Explain products and services clearly to customers

• Assist customers with billing, payment, and service-related issues

• Update CRM and customer records accurately in the system

• Follow call scripts, service guidelines, and standard operating procedures

• Resolve customer issues professionally and provide suitable solutions

• Support multiple projects or campaigns when assigned

• Meet daily and weekly KPIs, service targets, and quality standards

• Deliver excellent customer service at all times
