Job Description
Plan, coordinate and manage implementation of marketing events and campaigns.
Build activity workflow, templates, tools and reports to optimize marketing ROI.
Coach, counsel, recruit, train, and discipline employees.
Develop targeted new key account relationships and drive revenue growth.
Keep track of and Coordinate key retailer monthly sales reports and circulate as required to the designated teams.
Based on retailer sales reports, provide analysis and action plans to boost sales.
Consult customers’ marketing needs and provide value-based customer-focused solutions to meet their business goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers.
Improve retention and growth of existing business.
Requirements
Analyze operating and financial statements for profitability ratios.
Minimum 5 years of proven sales track record.
Proven experience in consultative, value-based selling and objection handling.
Ensure promotions are accurate and merchandised to the company’s standards.
Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met.
A proven record of negotiating and securing new business.
Personal drive, ambition, and enthusiasm for sales with a proven ability to beat targets.
Able to travel overseas, when required.
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines , withflexibility to work extended hours when required
