Job Summary

Aa a Manager oversees daily businessactivities to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability. They optimizeworkflows, manage budgets, lead teams, and implement strategic improvements toachieve organizational goals.

Responsibilities

Analyze operational processes to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements that increase productivity, reduce waste, and lower costs

Coordinate cross-functional teams daily to ensure resources are allocated effectively to meet operational objectives

Manage departmental budgets by reviewing financial reports and aligning expenditures with revenue targets

Recruit, train, and mentor staff while collaborating with HR to address skill gaps and maintain employee motivation

Develop, track, and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate business performance and inform stakeholders

Ensure compliance with local labor laws, safety regulations, and industry standards in all operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field

3–5 years of progressive managerial or supervisory experience demonstrating success in operations or logistics
