About the role

Support our weekly workshops, birthday parties, private events, and seasonal programs at Bimbo Concept Playroom and partner outpost locations. This role involves supporting facilitators in delivering art, craft, STEM, culinary, and sensory workshops in a dynamic, experiential environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support facilitators in delivering art, craft, STEM, culinary, and sensory workshops

• Assist with setup, decoration, materials preparation, and clean-up

• Engage children with warmth, patience, and positive energy

• Provide on-site support during birthday parties and private events

• Maintain a safe, tidy, and welcoming playroom environment

• Help with check-in, parent communication, and smooth event flow

• Travel to outpost locations when required (hotels, malls, partner venues)

About you

• Experience working with children (playroom, school, workshop, or events)

• Comfortable assisting with art & craft, STEM, or cooking activities

• Fluent in English, plus Cantonese or Mandarin preferred

• Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently

• Available on weekends, public holidays, and selected weekdays

• Friendly, proactive, and confident interacting with parents
