• Good command of spoken and written Mandarin is required
• Transportation Coordination
• Arrange sea and air freight based on customer orders and delivery schedules.
• Ensure proper moisture-proof, shock-resistant, and specialized packaging for sensitive products such as precision circuit boards.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, warehouses, and logistics service providers to ensure wet-process chemicals (hazardous materials) are transported in compliance with applicable regulations.
• Shipping Documentation
• Prepare and review shipping and export documents, including Bills of Lading (B/L), Certificates of Origin (CO), and Fumigation Certificates.
• Carefully review hazardous materials documentation, including MSDS/SDS and Dangerous Goods Declarations (DGD), to ensure accuracy and compliance with carrier and destination requirements.
• Shipment Monitoring
• Track global shipments throughout the transportation process and monitor vessel schedules, flight status, customs clearance, and final delivery.
• Handle shipment delays, cargo damage, customs clearance issues, and other logistics exceptions by coordinating with relevant parties to implement solutions.
• Provide customers with regular shipment tracking updates and logistics reports.
• Logistics Cost & Risk Management
• Optimize transportation routes, logistics costs, and delivery lead times.
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks such as port strikes, peak-season container rollovers, flight cancellations, and capacity shortages.
• Develop contingency transportation plans to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• International Trade Compliance
• Ensure import and export activities comply with Incoterms 2020 and applicable international trade regulations.
• Ensure compliance with destination-country import, customs clearance, and dangerous goods requirements.
• Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and overseas agents to facilitate smooth customs clearance and final delivery.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
