Lead enterprise application and business transformation initiatives that improve operational efficiency, strengthen organizational capabilities, and maximize the value of technology investments. Partner closely with business leaders to drive process excellence, digital innovation, automation and AI adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

Enterprise Applications & Business Transformation

• Lead the planning and delivery of ERP, enterprise application and enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Partner with business leaders to align technology investments with organizational strategy and business priorities.
• Ensure transformation initiatives deliver measurable business value, benefits realization and sustainable outcomes.

Business Process Excellence

• Analyze, redesign and optimize business processes to improve efficiency, standardization and scalability.
• Facilitate requirements gathering and process design workshops across business functions.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance productivity and user experience.

Transformation Delivery, Portfolio & Governance

• Manage complex transformation programs from initiation through implementation and business adoption.
• Establish project governance, portfolio management, risk management and reporting frameworks.
• Monitor program performance, budgets, resources, dependencies and delivery outcomes.

Change Management & Stakeholder Engagement

• Lead organizational change, business readiness and stakeholder engagement activities to support successful adoption.
• Build alignment across senior stakeholders, project teams and business functions.
• Ensure business benefits are embedded into day-to-day operations and sustained after implementation.

Digital Innovation & Automation

• Identify opportunities to leverage automation, AI and digital technologies to improve operational effectiveness.
• Evaluate and implement innovative solutions that reduce manual effort and enhance organizational capability.
• Promote a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the organization.

Leadership & Capability Development

• Build and lead a high-performing transformation team.
• Strengthen internal project management, business transformation and governance capabilities.
• Manage external vendors and reduce dependency through capability transfer and knowledge retention.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering or related discipline.
2. Minimum 8 years' experience in business, technology or enterprise transformation.
3. Proven ERP implementation and organizational change experience.
4. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or Change Management certifications are advantageous.
