Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new sales opportunities within hospitals, clinics, healthcare groups, and research institutions.
• Generate qualified leads through networking, outbound outreach, referrals, and industry events.
• Conduct product demonstrations of MedClarity's AI solutions, including clinical documentation, data extraction, and de-identification products.
• Understand customer workflows and propose solutions that address operational and clinical needs.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and customer records in the CRM.
• Collaborate with product and customer success teams to ensure successful onboarding and customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Experience & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. A Master’s degree or additional certifications in sales or leadership is a plus.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience, preferably in cardiac imaging and medical devices.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience selling to hospitals or healthcare providers in Singapore/Southeast Asia.
