• Installation and commissioning photocopier machines at customer premises

• Diagnose and repair of photocopy machines on and off site

• Investigate, resolve maintenance and repair issues of the equipments

• Conduct preventive maintenance

• Manage tool kit, spare parts and consumable supplies precisely

• Provide training and advice to customer on operation and basic maintenance of machines

• Attend IT related calls based on networking

• EZ-link payment Machine setup and operation

• Team player and communicates effectively with customers.
