About the Role:

Attend to walk-in customers with attractive commissions. Responsibilities include managing invoices, data entry,and maintaining inventory accuracy, as well as coordinating logistics and daily deliveries for online platforms and our website.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Responded to walk-in customers and answered phone calls during office hours.

Invoicing & Data Entry: Generated invoices and entered sales data on a daily basis.

Orders & Platforms: Tracked orders from confirmation to delivery across platforms; updated listings and resolved customer issues.

Delivery & Logistics: Scheduled courier pickups,arranged delivery times, and managed courier communications and exceptions.

Collaboration: Worked with finance to align on hand stock, pricing, and invoicing timelines.

Qualifications:

• No Age or Qualification Requirement
• Friendly and Positive
• Able to Write & Speak English
• Basic Knowledge in Microsoft Excel / Words
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Available to start immediately or with one month's notice.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Working Location: 5012 Ang Mo Kio Techplace II (Air-conditioned Environment)
• 5 Days: Tues to Saturday 
• Off Day: Monday, Sunday, and Public Holidays
• Working Hours 9 AM to 6 PM with a one-hour lunch break
• Annual Leave: According to MOM leave entitlement
• Basic Monthly Salary: SGD $2,000 to $2,200
• Commission: Monthly commission
• Annual Wage Supplement (AWS) + 13th Month Pay will be provided
• Annual Performance Bonus
