A fast-growing company specialising in the distribution and retail of premium baby products such as baby food, snacks, and personal care.

Salary:
$2000 - $2800

Responsibilities:
Coordinate and arrange logistics activities, including deliveries and collection schedules.

Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy, ensuring timely stock replenishment.

Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory reconciliation.

Oversee retail stores operations to ensure smooth business operations.

Assist with merchandising, stock transfers, and product availability across stores.

Attend to customer enquiries and provide prompt, professional customer service.

Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and logistics partners to ensure operational efficiency.

Maintain accurate records and prepare basic inventory and operational reports.

Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Company.

Requirements:
Prior experience in logistics, inventory control, retail operations, or customer service is an advantage.

Good organisational and time management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
