岗位职责

• Follow up with standard process to respond to reported risk cases in a timely and accurate manner via internal platforms and support tools;
• Summarize and classify the feedback cases reported, check the response and case solving quality weekly.
• Figure out the shortness or issues of online risk control policy and process while handling cases, work with internal team to improve the policy and process.
• Educate internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with our processes
