• Manage and coach teammembers, monitor productivity, and oversee organizational functions.
• Plan, forecast, andtrack subcontractors’ progress; conduct daily coordination meetings and weeklyscheduling to meet project timelines.
• Drive continuousimprovement initiatives to enhance project delivery and efficiency.
• Verify constructiondetails, defects, and variations against plans before construction or paymentprocessing.
• Liaise closely withsubcontractors, architects, consultants, and authorities; provide guidelines,expertise, and team supervision.
• Coordinate logistics anddaily operational needs for smooth site execution.

Requirements:

• Degree in CivilEngineering or its equivalent recognized by BCA/PEB
• Minimally 8 years ofconstruction experience, preferably with a main contractor.
