We are hiring for our franchise Company - OpenKids Malaysia

Work primarily from home, with approximately one on-campus meeting per week.

Occasionally, you will need to visit clients at their locations, such as schools or educational institutions, for meetings or site visits.

Responsibilities:

• Lead market expansion and partnership development in Malaysia, formulating and executing local market strategies
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with schools, educational institutions, partners, and channels to expand collaboration resources
• Negotiate, sign, and manage franchise partnerships, driving brand growth and presence in the local market
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities within the Malaysian education sector
• Coordinate internal resources to support marketing and business execution, ensuring achievement of business targets

Requirements:

• Local candidates in Malaysia preferred; familiarity with the local education industry and market environment
• Proven experience in education resources, franchise partnerships, or B2B sales
• Strong network and relationships within the education sector and relevant channels
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills
• Proactive attitude with a team-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

• Existing resources or connections in Malaysia Education, Franchise, or B2B Sales are highly advantageous

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
