About The Job

• Lead and drive the sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets and performance KPIs.
• Oversee the planning and execution of property launches, previews, marketing events, and roadshows.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support pricing strategies and promotional activities.
• Plan and coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and on-ground platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project, legal, credit, and finance to streamline sales operations.
• Maintain and update a comprehensive buyer database; prepare regular sales performance reports and forecasts.
  
  

Skills And Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Studies, or a related field
• A minimum of 7 years of experience specifically within property development industry.
