The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role as a creative and analytical thinker. They will conduct insightful market research to establish a marketing strategy that effectively reaches the target audience. Their comfort in evaluating the marketing process and working to critique and improve its outcomes will be crucial.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Content Creation (Primary Focus)

Design marketing materials such as social media posts, posters, brochures, flyers, and presentation slides
Assist in creating visual content in line with brand guidelines using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva
Support photography, videography, and basic editing for marketing campaigns and events
Ensure brand consistency across marketing materials

Digital Marketing Support

Assist with updating website content and marketing materials
Support social media content creation and scheduling across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Monitor basic campaign performance and compile simple reports
Conduct market and competitor research when required

Marketing Projects & Events

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities
Support corporate events, health talks, and outreach programmes
Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders on marketing-related projects
Assist with preparation of marketing materials for new doctors and services

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Multimedia, or a related field
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or Canva
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing concepts
Familiarity with photography, videography, or video editing is an advantage
Creative, detail-oriented, and willing to learn
Able to work independently and manage assigned tasks responsibly
