Job Description
Handle daily administrative and office tasks.
Prepare, organize and maintain company and project documents.
Assist with quotations, invoices, purchase orders and other project documents.
Assist in ordering construction materials, tools and site supplies according to project requirements.
Communicate and coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors and workers regarding material orders, delivery schedules and site requirements.
Follow up on material quotations, orders, deliveries and outstanding items.
Coordinate with the project team to ensure materials are ordered and delivered on time.
Assist the project team with document preparation and submission.
Handle emails, phone calls and correspondence with clients, suppliers and workers.
Maintain staff and worker records, attendance and leave records.
Assist with work pass, MOM, BCA and other administrative matters when required.
Coordinate with workers, suppliers, subcontractors and project teams.
Perform general administrative and ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.
Job Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant administrative experience.
Experience in a construction company or construction-related industry is preferred.
Experience in purchasing or ordering construction materials is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to communicate with suppliers, workers and project teams in English.
Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
Knowledge of construction materials and site requirements is an advantage.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
