Key Responsibilities

• On-Site Field Service & Diagnostics: Serve as the first-line technical specialist for scheduled preventive maintenance, emergency breakdown troubleshooting, and system health checks across industrial robotic installations.
• Cross-Border Technical Alignment: Partner closely with APAC Technical Centers to diagnose root-cause system anomalies, translate complex operational issues, and implement permanent engineering counter-measures.
• Commercial Value Discovery: Act as a trusted technical advisor to plant managers and automation leads. Identify on-site technical gaps, recommending firmware updates, spare-part replacements, cycle-time optimizations, and automation retrofits that generate qualified commercial leads.
• Site Safety & Equipment Integrity: Execute on-site safety risk assessments prior to intervention, strictly complying with machinery safety standards, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures, and client site protocols.
• Technical Reporting: Deliver clear, detailed service intervention logs, failure analysis reports, and customer feedback summaries to both local service management and regional headquarters.
