Location:
Jurong East (10 mins by bus from MRT)
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Salary:
Up to $3200 per month
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales team
Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and sales-related documents
Handle customer inquiries and follow up on sales orders and delivery schedules
Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations
Maintain proper filing, documentation, and data entry records
Monitor inventory/orders and assist with stock coordination when required
Arrange meetings, appointments, and support daily office administration duties
Prepare reports, sales summaries, and other ad-hoc administrative tasks assigned by management
Ensure timely processing of customer requests and maintain good customer relationships
Requirements:
2-3 years of relevant admin/ sales support experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good organizational and time management skills
Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
