Job description

• Manage local warehousing activities
• Packing for own delivery/Courier pick up
• General stock cleanliness
• Delivery Arrangements
• Planning delivery routes and maximising no. of delivered packages on daily basis
• Stock delivery in Melaka, Tampin as required
• Timely update of delivery statuses to team lead
• Support merchandising deployment, set up, checking of merchandising materials, as required
• Provide feedback to salesperson on store situations (where applicable during deliveries to customer location(s))
• Provide customer service and ensure that all pre-sales/post-sales issues brought up are triggered upwards to Head of Sales for further action to be taken
• Work closely with sales team to ensure delivery arrangements satisfies customer requirements and company SOP
• Perform administrative duties and report on job assignments on daily basis

Job Requirements

• Willing to work at Pudu
• Monday - Friday (12pm to 9pm), Sat half day (11am to 3pm)
