We're Hiring: Curriculum Designer (Early Childhood / AI Literacy) — Singapore

At Global Innovation Education Group (GIEG), we're building Singapore's first storybook-based AI literacy curriculum for young learners — teaching children how to learn, use, and be responsible with AI, aligned to the NEL Framework.

We're looking for someone who genuinely understands early childhood education in Singapore — not an "AI expert," but someone who knows how to design for a 5-year-old, the NEL way.

What you'll do:

Design curriculum content mapped to the NEL Framework and Key Stage Outcomes

Translate storybook narratives into lesson plans, facilitation guides, and hands-on activities

Ensure everything is developmentally appropriate for K1/K2 learners

Work closely with our writers, illustrators, and advisory team (including a former MOE Deputy Director) to bring this to life

What we're looking for:

Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education (NIEC or ECDA-recognised)

Real experience designing or adapting curriculum against the NEL Framework

Hands-on classroom or centre experience in a Singapore preschool

Bonus: experience designing hands-on activities, not just written lesson plans
