Responsibilities:
Supervise document verification operations and team performance
Liaise with relevant officers on operational matters
Ensure verification is completed within required turnaround times
Conduct quality checks and manage complex cases/escalations
Support UAT and process improvement initiatives
Requirements:
GCE ‘A’ Levels, Diploma, or equivalent preferred
Experience in team supervision, manpower deployment, or high-volume administrative/data operations
Strong operational, IT, communication, and supervisory skills
Proficient in MS Office, Excel, FormSG, or similar systems
Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential and compliance-sensitive information
