Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 6pm

Working Location: Changi

Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough assessments of the condition and maintenance needs of buildings, facilities, vehicles maintenance and M&E systems

Oversee contractors, ensuring prompt rectification of defects to minimize operational delays and downtime.

Prepare specifications to secure competitive quotes for necessary work.

Collaborate effectively with internal teams, external contractors, and tenants to ensure smooth operations.

Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful project execution.

Develop and implement innovative ideas to enhance the efficiency and productivity of facilities management.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in building and facilities management

Possession of a valid Class 3/3A driving license.
