Job Description

1. To preparation of sample products and subsequent testing of such samples evaluate methods of improving quality.
2. Evaluate the effect of changes in material or production process on a trial basis and determine whether such changes results in quality improvements on all performance aspects.
3. To support Department Head to coordinate with the technical personnel in their project, guidance on technical issues and to set standards on production processes and product.
4. Investigate abnormalities or defects in product and processes and study / identify the appropriate corrective actions required.
5. Develop new material, new testing method and design with counter part or supplier.
6. Responsible in establishing / revising of Material Specification / MSDS for raw materials / parts use for product.
