· Good foot and body massage skillset.

· Manage a foot and body massage shop.

· Can be an operation manager, supervisor or team-lead.

· Manage and supervise customer booking schedule and job assignment/appointment.

· Manage and supervise shop operation and product stock replenishment.

· Manage and supervise counter/cashier duties

· Handle customer queries and complaints efficiently, skilfully and politely.

· Handle and manage of staff issues.

· Ensure High level of service standards and follow all directives from Management.
