Job Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and organized Coordinator to support our operations team. You will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day work site requirements, handling general administrative tasks, and managing logistical flows. You will report directly to HQ management and project managers to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Site & Operational Coordination:
Coordinate daily work site requirements, deploy resources, and track progress on-site.
Administration:
Handle documentation, data entry, maintenance of project records, and general office/site paperwork.
Logistics & Procurement Support:
Manage delivery schedules, track inventory/materials for sites, and coordinate logistics with suppliers and internal teams.
Reporting:
Liaise closely with project managers and HQ, providing regular updates on site activities and administrative matters.
Handle any other ad-hoc operational tasks assigned by management.
Requirements & Skills:
Minimum GCE 'O' Levels, Diploma, or equivalent qualifications.
Required to have experience in
construction
coordination, site administration, or logistics support (experience in the construction, plumbing, or engineering sectors is an advantage).
Proficient in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word).
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Able to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment.
