岗位职责

Job Description

  • Interactive Dashboard Development: Construct live, interactive dashboards using corporate standard tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • Metric Framework Design: Define and align key performance indicators (KPIs) relevant to the business unit's current goals.
  • Documentation & Handover: Draft a simple workflow detailing data refreshing protocols, dashboard logic for future maintenance.


Learning Outcomes & Objectives

  • Clean and Transform Data: Master real-world data techniques to handle missing variables, duplicates, and inconsistent formatting.
  • Execute Automated Reporting: Set up scheduled data refreshes and low-maintenance data updates.
  • Translate Data into Business Insight: Deliver actionable recommendations during stakeholder presentations.


Prerequisites / Skills Required

  • Excel Mastery: Advanced formulas (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH), pivot tables, and basic Power Query knowledge.
  • BI Tool Familiarity: Basic exposure to Microsoft Power BI.
  • Foundational Python: Understanding how to write basic data queries.


Education

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Business / Computing, or a related discipline.


Additional Information / Requirements

  • Student Status: Must be currently enrolled as a full-time student at a recognized Institute of Higher Learning (IHL) in Singapore.
  • Credit-Bearing & Graduation Requirement: The internship must be a compulsory, credit-bearing component of your academic program required for graduation.
  • Duration & Availability: Able to commit to a full-time internship for a minimum period of 16 consecutive weeks.
