Job Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Project Management team throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain and organise project documents, records, drawings, contracts, reports and correspondence.
• Coordinate and follow up with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and other project stakeholders.
• Assist in preparing and distributing site meeting minutes, project meeting minutes and progress reports.
• Track project submissions, approvals, drawings, RFIs, technical documents and other project-related correspondence.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of project records, both electronically and physically.
• Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets and other project-related documents as required.
• Assist in tracking project schedules, deadlines and action items, and follow up with relevant parties.
• Support the team in coordinating authority submissions, approvals, inspections and documentation where required
• Handle general administrative duties and any other project-related tasks assigned by the Project Manager or management.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Construction, Building, Project Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant project administration / construction administration experience.
