IMMEDIATE HIRING – JUNIOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a Junior Account Executive to join our growing e-commerce team. Fresh graduates with an Accounting or Finance background are welcome to apply.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and ensure records are tidy, accurate, and up to date.
• Assist with Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliation
• Reconcile sales and settlements across TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Monitor transactions for multiple shops/brands. These are some of the product that we sell DR ISLA, JAMAY, AOLON, and others.
• SST and withholding tax: Prepare and manage SST and withholding tax submissions, ensuring timely and accurate filings.
• Familiar with multi-currencies and managing different companies.
• Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports.
• Ensure timely month-end closing.
• Organizational skills: Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently, showcasing your organizational skills.
• Maintain adherence to accounting standards and regulations, collaborate with Auditors and Tax agents with auditing and taxation to meet the deadline.
• Support other finance and accounting tasks as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience is an added advantage.
• Experience with TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, or e-commerce accounting is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Good numerical and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, organized, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
