Our company is a local construction company in Building works with major clients in Government and related organizations. We provide public works contracting services. We offers comprehensive construction services including repair, maintenance, alteration, and addition (RMAA) works, as well as the design and construction of minor works in the public sector.

Responsibilities:
Act as TCP T3 in RC’s Stream TC-T3 to supervise building projects.

Prepare temporary works design, method statement, and advise in construction operational matters.

Liaise with the Client/Project Consultant to handle engineering matters.

Attend regular site meetings with the Client/Project Consultant /sub-contractors.

Supervise and/or carry out inspection of works and material in accordance with the contract requirements.

Monitor site progresses and prepare site progress report.

Liaise with Architect/Client/Consultant and sub-contractors for technical matters.

Requirements:
Higher Diploma or above in Civil/Structural Engineering;

Minimum 3 years site experience in Hong Kong building projects;

Solid experience in preparation of method statement and routine site work coordination;

Basic CAD drafting skill;

Experience with BIM is an advantage;

Positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
