Salary: SGD $2,500 – $3,500 per month (depending on experience)

Prior hands-on E-point POS backend experience required.

We are looking for an E-point POS System Administrator to manage the backend operations of our POS system across multiple outlets. The role focuses on product/pricing setup, master data, reporting, troubleshooting, and system support.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the E-point POS backend system across all outlets.
Create and update product/item master data, pricing, promotions, categories and POS configurations.
Ensure accurate and consistent pricing and product data across outlets.
Generate and consolidate daily, weekly and monthly POS reports.
Prepare sales and transaction summaries for management.
Monitor POS data and identify discrepancies or irregularities.
Troubleshoot basic POS/system issues and coordinate with the POS provider for resolution.
Support outlet setup, system updates and other POS configuration changes.
Maintain records of system changes and issues.
Provide basic POS system support to outlet teams.
Assist management with ad-hoc POS and data-related tasks.

Requirements

Hands-on E-point POS backend experience is REQUIRED.
Experience in POS administration, system support, master data, reporting, retail/F&B systems or multi-outlet operations is an advantage.
Able to work independently, troubleshoot minor issues and take ownership.
Good communication skills and able to liaise with outlets and external POS providers.
