Senior Leadership position responsible for setting direction, making important decisions, managing managers and ensuring that a function or business area delivers results.

Responsibilities

Set short- and long-term objectives for the department or business area aligned with the company’s overall strategy to drive business growth

Lead department heads, managers, and regional teams by establishing clear responsibilities, priorities, and performance expectations to ensure effective team management

Make or approve significant decisions on budgets, investments, recruitment, major projects, suppliers, and business initiatives within delegated authority to optimize resource use

Take accountability for agreed KPIs, revenue and growth objectives, profitability, cost control, and other departmental targets to achieve business goals

Prepare annual plans and budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and monitor spending to ensure delivery of appropriate business value

Coordinate cross-department collaboration among Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations, HR, and regional teams to promote unified business operations

Build and develop a strong management team by reviewing performance, identifying talent, and fostering future leaders to sustain organizational capability

Ensure adherence to company policies, approval procedures, compliance requirements, and internal controls to maintain governance standards

Represent the company with key customers, distributors, suppliers, consultants, industry organizations, and strategic partners to strengthen external relationships

Provide regular management reports to the Managing Director/CEO on performance, risks, opportunities, and major decisions requiring senior approval to support informed leadership
