Contract duration: 1 year

Your Role:

·      Assisting team in Fixed Assets process improvement and policies in place

·      Preparation of reports related to Fixed Assets and distribution to stakeholders - Preparation of Reconciliation related to Fixed Assets

·      Preparation of Fixed Assets count sheets during FA count exercise

·      Handle queries and providing guidance related to Fixed Assets whenever necessary

·      Support Manager on any ad-hoc reports/topics

Your qualification and experience:

·      2-5 years of working experience especially in Fixed Assets matters

·      Experience in SAP FI/CO module

·      Experience in general accounting function with exposure to business requirements and interfaces

·      Experience in working in multi-national environment would be added advantage.

·      Advance knowledge in Microsoft Excel

·      Degree in Accounting or professional accounting qualifications

·      Good command of written and spoken

·      Accounting background with understanding in financial statements, Fixed Asset Accounting

·      Preferably advanced level in Microsoft

·      Focus on needs and demands from various internal stakeholders, able to manage and independently handle requests

·      Able to execute tasks efficiently with minimum supervision

·      Contribute to Digitalization and find ways to automate work done
