Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description & Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Operation Manager /Supervisor to oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities. You will implement production, productivity, quality and customer service standards and achieve the appropriate level of volume within time limits.

Production & Quality Control

• Follow the daily production schedule and meet output targets.
• Inspect finished products to ensure print quality, cutting accuracy, dimensions, and workmanship meet customer requirements.
• Minimize material wastage and machine downtime.
• Record production quantities, defects, and machine issues accurately.

Maintenance & Troubleshooting

• Perform basic machine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and coordinate with maintenance technicians when necessary.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping around machines and work areas.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow company safety procedures at all times.
• Ensure safe handling of materials, tools, inks, and machine components.
• Comply with company SOPs and production standards.
