Summary
The Training Manager leads the organization’s learning and development initiatives, ensuring training programs align with business goals, enhance employee capabilities, and drive performance improvement. The role oversees training strategy, program delivery, team leadership, stakeholder engagement, and learning effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, coach, and develop the training team to foster a culture of continuous learning.
Develop and implement learning and development strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
Identify skill gaps and design effective training solutions, including classroom, virtual, and on-the-job learning.
Oversee the development and delivery of training programs and learning content.
Establish and monitor training KPIs, evaluate program effectiveness, and measure business impact.
Use data and analytics to drive continuous improvement in training outcomes.
Partner with business leaders and HR to identify learning needs, support talent development, and succession planning.
Communicate training initiatives, progress, and results to key stakeholders.
Requirements
Diploma or relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
5 to 8 years of experience in Learning & Development, Training, or Organizational Development, with leadership experience preferred.
Strong people management, coaching, and team development skills.
Experience in designing and implementing L&D strategies and training programs.
Knowledge of instructional design, learning technologies, and modern training methodologies.
Strong analytical skills with experience measuring training effectiveness and ROI.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
