Business Development Executive

Join a fast-growing plush toy, souvenirs & FMCG company serving leading attractions and retailers in Singapore and Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities with retailers, attractions, corporate clients and distributors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
• Prepare sales proposals, presentations and quotations.
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors and new growth opportunities.
• Work closely with the Product, Purchasing and Marketing teams to develop customer-focused solutions.
• Coordinate new product presentations and business reviews with customers.
• Negotiate commercial terms and follow up on projects from proposal to execution.
• Monitor sales performance and recommend strategies to grow revenue and expand market share.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, exhibitions and business events.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and pipeline updates.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive and results-oriented.
• Able to manage multiple projects and customer accounts.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
• Experience in sales, account management or business development is an advantage.
