This role has to ensure the accuracy, accountability and proper reconciliation of bonded alcohol inventory by independently verifying returned stock, validating requisitions raised by service crew, and confirming that quantities issued by the Bond Store are consistent with approved requisitions.

Key Responsibilities

Verify the physical quantity of alcohol returned by service crew.
Cross-check the physical count against quantities recorded in the packing list or DIS.
Identify and report any discrepancies between the physical count and recorded quantity.
Ensure discrepancies are properly documented and escalated for investigation.
Review requisition forms raised by service crew for accuracy   and completeness.
Highlight and clarify any discrepancies before the requisition is   processed.
Record and report any over-issuance, under-issuance or other discrepancies.
Ensure all transactions are properly accounted for and traceable.
Maintain accurate records of verification and reconciliation   activities.
Ensure consistency between physical stock, documentation, DIS and   requisition records.
Ensure all verification activities comply with company SOPs,   bonded-store requirements and applicable Customs controls.
Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all checked   transactions.
Escalate significant or repeated discrepancies promptly to the relevant   supervisor/manager.

Requirement

Able to perform rotating shift work including weekends and public holidays
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Good understanding of inventory and stock-control processes.
Ability to identify discrepancies and investigate variances.
Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
Basic knowledge in computer skills
