Role Description The Community Coordinator is a full-time, remote role responsible for fostering an engaged, supportive, and informed community around Insight Genesis – IGAi’s platform and mission. In this role, the Community Coordinator will manage online communities, respond to member inquiries, facilitate discussions, and create opportunities for user feedback and collaboration. Day-to-day tasks include organizing virtual events, webinars, and community meetups; coordinating outreach campaigns across social media and other channels; and building relationships with key community stakeholders and partners. The Community Coordinator will also track engagement metrics, gather insights from community interactions, and collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to improve user experience. This role involves proactive communication, consistent presence in community channels, and a strong focus on inclusive and respectful interaction with members.

• Excellent communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication across digital platforms and diverse audiences.
• Community outreach and event planning skills, with the ability to design, promote, and execute virtual or in-person events.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams, manage multiple initiatives, and work independently in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with online community tools and social media platforms; experience in tech, AI, or impact-focused organizations is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and a commitment to non-discriminatory, inclusive practices.
• Relevant education or equivalent experience in communications, social sciences, marketing, or a related field.
